First, we do NOT charge your credit card if the item you ordered is out of stock. We only charge your card if and when the item ships. Most orders will ship the same day. Our software does not charge cards immediately due to fraud attempts, items out of stock, and overall security for you, our customer. We personally check each individual order for possible fraudulent activity before we charge the card. We reserve the right to cancel ANYONE’s shipment if we feel the order is fraudulent (or for any other reason we feel is worthy).
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products from Digital Scales Arizona. By agreeing to our terms, you are defining your age to be at least 18 years old and that you are legally able to buy products via the Internet. Again, by checking “I agree” you are agreeing that you are 18 years old and are legally able to purchase products through the Internet.
We accept returns for store credit or refund. We do have a strict policy for return time in order to prevent the scales from being damaged. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us within 10 business days of the delivery of your Digital Scale. We document the delivery of all orders on your account and will not accept returns after 10 business days. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the product back to us should you want a return. We reserve the right to and at our discretion will charge a 20% restocking fee if you are returning your scales for reasons that are not our fault. Some examples are:
- Gift for a recipient who does not like the scale. (Yes, this happened.)
- Ordering the wrong product by accident. (Yes, this has happened.)
Very rarely are any of our Digital Scales returned. However, should you return the scales to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Do not simply rely on e-mail because sometimes spam filters catch e-mails and it’s occasionally unreliable. Thanks!
