Shipping Policy

We at Digital Scales Arizona pride ourselves on superb customer service and promise that we will do our absolute best to take care of you and your digital scales. Very rarely will you not get a response from us within a few hours. If you have ANY questions, call us or send us an e-mail. You won't be disappointed!

Refunds on Shipping Costs:
If your scale is broken or does not function properly we will handle your return and send a new scale at no cost to you. However, if you desire a return on a scale in a situation that our service is clearly not at fault, we will not refund shipping costs. We will not refund your shipping costs if:

- The customer orders the wrong scale and wants a return.
- The proper scale is shipped and functions correctly, but the customer does not like the scale.
- The customer improperly enters shipping information and the scale ships to the wrong address.
- The scale is purchased as a gift and the giftee doesn't like the scale.
- ... and any other reason for a return that is not the fault of Digital Scales AZ, LLC.

We do process returns for the situations above, but shipping charges will NOT be refunded. However, if we make a mistake we do handle the shipping charges. It is unfair for our company to pay shipping back and forth for shipments if the customer is at fault.


We ship nationwide every day using Fed-Ex. We do ship to APOs and certain foreign addresses with USPS upon request. Fed-Ex takes the best care of packages as opposed to UPS or DHL, in our opinion. We do our very best to inform our customers as soon as possible if a product is not in stock. Extra fees will be charged to any shipment outside of the continental USA, and our website may not reflect the correct price for shipping on checkout! Flat rate shipping charges are only applicable to the contiguous United States. If you are shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, the US territories, or outside of the United States, you are not eligible for the flat rate shipping option.

We do accept returns for store credit or refund. In order to prevent the scales from being damaged, we do have a strict policy for return time. If you have a problem with a product, please contact us within 10 business days of the delivery of your scales. We document the delivery of all orders on your account and will not accept returns after 10 full business days. We do not refund shipping costs and you are responsible for paying the shipping and insurance to get the scales back to us should you want a return for any reason that is not our fault. Very rarely are any of our digital scales returned. However, should you return the scales to us you must contact us by e-mail AND phone. Do not simply rely on e-mail as the spam filters sometimes catch e-mails and is occasionally unreliable.
